The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
When You delete Your account, we remove Your profile data, links, and messages within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. AI Studio: Prompts, Uploads and Outputs
This section explains what happens to the data You put into the AI Studio, because it is handled differently from the rest of Your profile.
What we process
When You generate or edit media, we process the text prompt You write, any file You upload (an “Input”), the settings You choose, and the resulting Output. We also store a record of each generation — the model used, the time, and the credits charged — so You can see Your history and so we can bill accurately and investigate abuse.
Third-party model providers and international transfer
Generations are executed by third-party providers, not on our own hardware. Your prompt and any uploaded file are transmitted to the provider that runs the model You selected. Our current primary provider operates from Singapore and Hong Kong, which means this data is transferred outside the United States and outside the EEA/UK. Providers process this data under their own terms and privacy policies, and may retain it and use it to operate and improve their services. Please review the provider’s policy before uploading anything sensitive. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism for these transfers.
We do not train models on Your work
The Company does not use Your prompts, Inputs, or Outputs to train our own models, and we do not sell them. We use them only to deliver the generation You requested, to show You Your own history, and to enforce our Terms.
Images of faces and people
Some models — including face-swap, likeness, and body-editing tools — process images that contain human faces. Depending on where You live, a facial image may be treated as biometric or sensitive personal information. We process these images only to produce the Output You asked for. We do not build face templates or faceprints, we do not use facial images to identify or authenticate anyone, and we do not disclose them to anyone other than the model provider executing Your request. Do not upload an image of another person unless You have their permission — see our Terms.
How long we keep it
Outputs and their generation records stay in Your account until You delete them. Deleting a generation moves it to Your recycle bin, and it is permanently removed after 30 days. Deleting Your account removes Your generations and uploads within 30 days, except where we must retain a record for legal, billing, or safety reasons. Content flagged by our moderation systems may be retained separately for a longer period so that we can investigate and respond to reports.
Reporting content that depicts You
If You believe content on ContentHQ depicts You without Your consent, email us at [email protected]. We treat these reports as a priority.
7. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect Your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach occurs. If we become aware of a security breach that affects Your Personal Data, we will notify You and any relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, and in any event within the timeframes required by applicable law. Our notice will describe what happened, what data was involved, what we are doing about it, and what You can do to protect Yourself.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information.

11. EU / UK Residents (GDPR)
If You are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, You have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and data portability.
Our legal bases for processing Your data include: (a) performance of a contract with You; (b) Your consent; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) Our legitimate business interests, where they are not overridden by Your rights.
